Terms of Service for SuiteX

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using SuiteX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on iOS devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content of the PDF files you process.
• You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes or to infringe upon the intellectual property of others.

4. AI-Generated Content

SuiteX provides tools to modify or generate text/data using AI.

• Accuracy: AI can make mistakes. We do not guarantee the 100% accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated summaries or edits.
• Verification: You should always review and verify the output before using it for professional or legal purposes.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID.
• Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Limitation of Liability

SuiteX is provided "as is." We shall not be liable for any data loss, document corruption, or inaccuracies caused by AI processing.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law
